The UV Chambers LG07, ELG100S, M1, M2 and ELG2000 are flexible to use in various applications such as:

• Surface drying / drying of paint or printed objects
• Hardening of bonded parts (UV-sensitive adhesive)
• Polymerisation of UV-sensitive plastics
• Connection of UV-sensitive silicones
• Surface sterilization
• Erasing of EPROM's

The low-pressure lamps, used in this appliances, have the large advantage that the operating temperature reaches only around 40°C. In comparison to high-pressure lamps, with a operating temperature of around 800°C. No cooling devices are necessary and the to be treated goods can be put very close to the lamps.

By the use of low-pressure lamps, the energy consumption is very small, which lowers the operating cost a lot.

The system has a modular structure, so that different lamp types with various wave lengths can be installed, all of one wave length or mixed, depending on the application.
